My love of baking is nurtured by the satisfied comments from customers and their continued patronage.

Baking, to me, is an art that entails mixing the best ingredients with a lot of heart.  We judge the success of our creations by a solid repeat business and plates that have nary a crumb left on them after our cakes are served.  All the recipes in our kitchen have passed that test.

We bake the old fashioned way - one at a time.  Baking from the heart.
