Please call and cancel your orders with a cake decorator (512-335-4545). Email and voicemail cancellations will not be considered proper notice. We offer refunds and store credit to orders that give proper notice. We ask for a minimum of 72 hours time for all incoming orders. If we are able to take on your request, we will do so and the cancellation and design change policy is 1 hour after the order is made. Due to the costs incurred in the purchase, priority, and planning of all orders, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given. Detailed art mediums such as fondant and gum paste require more time to prepare and set and will not be refundable. Store credit is not guaranteed and will be issued on a case by case basis.

FOOD ALLERGIES AND FOOD SENSITIVITIES
We strive to maintain consistent recipes used for the past 40 years and can not change our process to cater to everyone needs. We use eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, preservatives, gelatin, and flour in our recipes and work with these ingredients daily. We can not guarantee any cross contamination if you have a food allergy.
